All you need to know about returning or exchanging your order — timelines, conditions, and how to raise a request.

Products purchased during any sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

Coupon codes are valid for a limited time period from date of issue. Expiry date will be mentioned in your email.
Claims for incorrect products require a full unboxing video for verification.

How the coupon works: Once your return is approved and quality-checked, you'll receive a unique coupon code via email. Enter this code at checkout when placing your next order to redeem the full amount (minus ₹100 processing fee).
Exchanges available for size changes only of the same product, subject to availability.

COD charges (₹150) are non-refundable and will not be included in the coupon code amount.
How to Register a Return / Exchange
Step 01
Login & Submit Request
Login to your account and select return/exchange within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Within 72 hours of delivery
Step 02
Courier Pickup
Once approved, we send a courier to collect your package. Pack in original packaging with all tags intact.
24–48 hours after approval
Step 03
Warehouse Quality Check
Your return is processed at our Mumbai warehouse within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email notification.
3–5 business days
Step 04
Coupon Code Issued / Exchange Dispatched
For returns: a coupon code for the refund amount (minus ₹100 fee) is sent to your registered email — apply it at checkout on your next order. For exchanges: replacement dispatched. Full cycle takes 10–14 days.

Received something wrong or damaged?
Contact jaclothing07@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order number, clear photos/video of the fault. Do not remove hang tags — doing so classifies damage as customer fault.
